Portable Toilets
ProSetup Lebanon provides portable toilet rental across all regions of Lebanon. We deliver, install, and service CPT units and restroom stations for events, construction sites, outdoor festivals, marathons, and public gatherings nationwide.
We offer standard CPT (Chemical Portable Toilet) units, premium restroom stations, and VIP restroom trailers for upscale events. All units are delivered clean, sanitized, and event-ready. We also offer servicing during multi-day events.
The general guideline is 1 unit per 50–75 attendees for a single-day event. For a marathon or multi-hour event, we recommend 1 unit per 50 participants. For events with food and beverages, increase this ratio. Contact us and we will calculate the exact number based on your event duration and attendance.
Yes. For multi-day events or events longer than 6 hours, we provide on-site servicing to ensure all units remain clean and functional throughout. This can be included in your rental package.
We typically deliver and install portable toilets 12–24 hours before the event start. For early morning events like marathons, we can deliver the evening before to ensure everything is ready at first light.
Barriers & Fences
We provide steel crowd control barriers (French barriers), perimeter fencing, VIP stanchions with rope, traffic barriers, and interlocking security barriers. All equipment is heavy-duty, galvanized steel suitable for outdoor events in any weather condition.
This depends on your perimeter length, crowd flow points, and VIP areas. A standard marathon start/finish corridor requires 100–200 barriers. A full event perimeter of 500m requires approximately 250–300 units. We will assess your venue plan and recommend the exact quantity.
ProSetup handles full delivery and installation. Our team sets up the barriers according to your event layout plan. We also dismantle and collect everything after the event. You do not need to handle any equipment yourself.
Yes. We can attach printed banner covers to barriers, turning them into branded sponsor displays. This is popular for marathon start/finish areas and VIP zones. We design and print the covers as part of our branding and production service.
Tents & Shading

Race Timing
We use MYLAPS chip timing technology, the world's leading race timing system used in official marathons and triathlons globally. We provide timing mats, decoders, transponder chips, and bib number design as a complete timing package.
We provide timing for marathons, half marathons, 10K and 5K road races, triathlons, aquathlons, duathlons, trail runs, cycling events, and any timed sports event. We have experience timing events with 50 to 5,000+ participants.
Yes. Bib number design and printing is included in our timing package. We design bibs that match your event branding, incorporate sponsor logos, and include the chip attachment. We deliver printed bibs ready for participant pickup.
MYLAPS chip timing is accurate to within 0.1 seconds. Results are recorded automatically as participants cross the timing mat. We provide real-time results and final results exported in your preferred format (Excel, PDF, or online results page).
Medal Production
Our process has four steps: (1) We consult with you on your event theme, colors, and concept. (2) Our design team creates 2–3 medal design options in full detail including shape, finish, and ribbon. (3) You approve the design. (4) We produce and deliver the medals to Lebanon. The full process takes 6–8 weeks from design approval to delivery.
We offer medals in zinc alloy and iron with gold, silver, and bronze electroplated finishes. Surface options include engraving, debossing, embossing, die-cut shapes, and full-color silkscreen printing. Custom die-cut shapes (not just round) are available for distinctive designs.
The minimum order is typically 100 pieces. Larger quantities reduce the unit cost significantly. We can produce medals for small events (100–300 pieces) up to large national championships (1,000–5,000+ pieces).
Yes. We regularly produce both. Winner sets (gold, silver, bronze) and finisher medals can be designed with the same theme but different finishes and colors. We can also produce different medals for different race distances (5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon).
Yes. Custom printed ribbons (lanyards) are included in our medal production service. We design ribbons that match your event branding with full-color printing on both sides. Standard ribbon width is 2.5cm x 90cm.
From design approval to delivery in Lebanon, production takes 5–7 weeks. We recommend contacting us at least 10 weeks before your event to allow time for design revisions and production. Rush orders may be available at additional cost.

ProSetup Lebanon provides event infrastructure and equipment rental services including:

- Event branding and printed production (arches, backdrops, signage)
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. All quotes are subject to availability and final confirmation by ProSetup. A contract is only formed upon written agreement between ProSetup and the client confirming the services, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
4. Pricing
All prices quoted are in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or USD as specified, and are subject to change without notice until a written agreement is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Typically a deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment terms will be outlined in your quote. We accept cash and bank transfer. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before event: deposit refundable
- 15–30 days before event: 50% of total value charged
- Less than 15 days before event: 100% of total value charged
ProSetup reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), and will provide a full refund in such cases.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details and timely access to the venue
- Ensuring appropriate permits and permissions for equipment installation
- Returning rental equipment in the same condition as received
- Paying for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear
8. Limitation of Liability
ProSetup's liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All medal designs, branding materials, and production artwork created by ProSetup remain the intellectual property of ProSetup until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for the specified event.
10. Website Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website including text, images, and designs is the property of ProSetup Lebanon and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
